Upcoming movie Decibel (working title) shared a glimpse of its cast through Korean content investment platform funderful.kr.
Decibel is an action thriller about a terrorist who wants to set a bomb that responds to sound in the center of a city and a former Navy commander who becomes the terrorist’s target.
With the advice of the nation’s top experts on submarines, chemical bombs, and explosives, the film created a series of realistic explosions that reminds us of an actual urban terrorist attack and that enlivens the deadly chase of the characters.
Kim Rae Won plays the former Navy commander who struggles to tackle the sound-bomb installed in the city. Lee Jong Suk plays a Navy captain who is always loyal to crew members in the submarine. Cha Eun Woo plays a young nay soldier who is in charge of sonar detection.
Other actors including Jung Sang Hoon, Park Byung Eun, Lee Sang Hee, Jo Dal Hwan and Lee Min Ki will appear as cameos, and the movie Decibel is set to premiere in the summer of 2022.
