Many of Lisa’s fans are enraged at YG for “not allowing” their artist to attend BVLGARI’s Show in the 2022 Paris Fashion Week.
SCMP reported on the 6th that Lisa is still being “mistreated” by YG Entertainment. According to the article, fans launched a boycott after the BVLGARI CEO said she was not allowed to attend Paris Fashion Week, even though her bandmates did.
The day before the article came out, BVLGARI CEO Jean-Christophe Babin took his Instagram to explain why Lisa wasn’t present at their Fashion Week show. “Our great ambassador Lisa is in Europe. Unfortunately, due to COVID, her agency prefers her not participating in events or shows,” he wrote.

Soon, the hashtags “YGLetLisaDoHerWork” and “BeFairToLISA” trended on Twitter as fans expressed their frustration. Some even advised Lisa to leave YG and focus on her solo career.
On the other hand, some posts “defending” the label are also posted on online communities. Their claim is that Lisa only left for Paris to film the music video for her collaboration song with DJ Snake. Moreover, some also argued that Lisa is currently staying in Nice, France, with her family and enjoying her vacation.
