Jo Bo Ah is in talks to take the lead in the new tvN series Military Prosecutor Doberman (literal title).
Earlier, a media outlet reported that Jo Bo Ah was cast to play the female lead in Military Prosecutor Doberman. To which, her agency KeyEast responded that the actress is positively reviewing the offer she received.
Military Prosecutor Doberman revolves around Do Bae Man, who became a military prosecutor for money, and Cha Woo In, who became a military prosecutor for revenge. Fighting against the corruption within the military, they grow up to become the “real” military prosecutors. Earlier, Yumi’s Cells actor Ahn Bo Hyun was in talks to take on the title role, Do Bae Man.
If Jo Bo Ah joins the production, she will play Cha Woo In, a rookie military prosecutor and the only daughter of a chaebol family. She is a person who strives to tell the world the truth and become an upright prosecutor with a spirit of a soldier.
She will show off her girl crush charm, which she had already presented in Forest and Tale of the Nine-Tailed. In particular, expectations for how she will look in military uniform are through the roof.
Meanwhile, Remember: War of the Son and Lawless Lawyer writer Yoon Hyun Ho pens the script. The show will premiere in the first half of 2022.
