Oh Yeon Seo is in talks to make her comeback to the small screen with Minamdang: Case Note (literal title).
According to the reports, Oh Yeon Seo was offered to take the lead in the new TV series Minamdang: Case Note, which is based on the novel of the same name.
If she joins the production, she will play detective Han Jae Hee of the violent crime unit. She is righteous, straightforward, doesn’t hold a grudge, and is a bit wild, but is very serious. Though she has only been in the police force for three years, she’s a team leader (lieutenant) because she graduated from the police academy.
Minamdang: Case Note follows a mystery play unfolded by former crime profiler Han Jun and his crew. The plot centers around the suspicious cafe “Minamdang” and the clients. Along with jolly characters and humorous storytelling, the series will provide a different kind of fun from the novel.
Earlier, Seo In Guk was in talks to take the role of Han Jun.
Meanwhile, � KUNDO: Age of the Rampant and The Emperor: Owner of the Mask writer Park Hye Jin pens the script. The show will premiere in the first half of next year.
