Kim Yoo Jung and Byeon Woo Seok are joining ‘The 20th Century Girl’ on Netflix.
According to the film industry, Kim Yoo Jung and Byeon Woo Seok are currently coordinating details over their participation in the film.
The 20th Century Girl is director Bang Woo Ri’s debut commercial film. Previously, he drew attention at the Mise-en-Scene Short Film Festival for short films with Day of visiting and Resume. Furthermore, the production will be held by Yong Film, which produced Believer and Lady.
It is the first time Kim Yoo Jung performs in a melodrama since her debut. Kim Yoo Jung plans to spend busy days with The 20th Century Girl right after filming the SBS series Hongcheongi, which will air in August. Byun Woo Suk filmed the movie Soulmate with Kim Da Mi and continues his screen career with The 20th Century Girl, after working on the KBS series Thinking of moon when it’s blooming.
The 20th Century Girl aims to film in the second half of this year after completing the major casting and pre-production.
