Park In Hwan performs ballet in front of his teacher Song Kang and his son Jung Hae Kyun.
tvN’s Monday-Tuesday series Navillera revealed the stills ahead of its tenth episode, which air on April 20th. In the uploaded photos, Deok Chul (Park In Hwan) performs the ballet dance in the middle of the street. With his sincere eyes and moves, he makes viewers tear up at how he remembers the moves with his heart and body, suffering from Alzheimer’s.
In particular, Seong San (Jung Hae Kyun) is watching Deok Chul’s street performance. He is Deok Chul’s son, who had been sternly against his father’s choice of learning ballet. When Deok Chul’s dance caught his eyes, Seong San looks touched by how passionate his father is.
Song Kang can also be spotted in the still. His character seems surprised at how much his student has come so far, even with Alzheimer’s. Anticipation for the series increases as viewers wonder whether Deok Chul could achieve his dreams with his disease.
The show’s production team stated, “This will be an iconic moment that leaves us with no choice but to support Deok Chul’s way to his dreams. It’d be great if you focus on Park In Hwan’s delicate acting skills, along with Song Kang and Jung Hae Kyun’s complex inner emotions.” The episode is set to air at 9 PM KST on the 20th.
