D-CRUNCH will unveil their new album.
In about half a year, D-CRUNCH will return to the stage with their fourth mini-album Daydream. The new album will drop today (the 6th) at 6 PM KST.
Daydream expresses the moon and the dreams that appear in the middle of the day. Though daydream can be “fantasy,” “illusion,” “imagination,” or “foolish thoughts,” yet it is a dream that one never wants to wake up from.
The album has three different concepts of dreams: ‘Memory,’ ‘Nightmare,’ and ‘Daydream.’ ‘Memory’ represents the past. It is a dream with the hope of returning to a happy moment. “Nightmare” represents a lonely reality that one wants to escape from yet can’t. Lastly, ‘Daydream’ illustrates the feeling of not wanting to wake up from the hopeful yet unrealistic dreams that couldn’t come true.
“My Name” is the title track of the album. It is a futuristic song that depicts the members’ powerful energy. D-CRUNCH will first perform “My Name” on SBS MTV’s The Show.
