Space Sweepers director Jo Sung Hee opened up about his outpouring of love and praise for Song Joong Ki in an interview, while talking about reuniting with the star after A Werewolf Boy.
Space Sweepers is an outer space sci-fi blockbuster, featuring the crew of a space junk collector ship called, The Victory. This film is set in the year 2092.
Jo Sung Hee said, “We had better communication for Space Sweepers. Maybe because we have kept in touch until our reunion.” He added, “Song Joong Ki has remained the same always. He has a bright and friendly personality, and gets along with people.”.
The director confessed that he wanted to reveal warmth from Song Joong Ki’s character because it was what he saw in the actor’s heart.
