Lee Seung Gi has exuded his “good boy” charms.

tvN’s new Wednesday-Thursday drama Mouse, which will premiere on March 3, is a “human hunter chase” drama that depicts a polite rookie police officer and a ruthless detective, whose life goal is to revenge his parent’s death, facing an unexpected fate after chasing a vicious predator.

For this drama, Lee Seung Gi plays the role of Jung Ba Reum, an overly kind justice-seeking rookie police officer. While chasing a serial killer who terrorized the country, he encounters a “special indecent” that could turn his entire life upside down.

In the first still photos, Lee Seung Gi is seen perfectly digesting the role. The photos show Jung Ba Reum sticking his nose in every neighborhood’s business: putting medicine to an elderly man’s injured leg, carrying others’ large packages, and listening carefully to their stories. Attention is bot focusing on the story of Jung Ba Reum, village elders’ No. 1 choice for a son-in-law and the official “human vitamin,” and what kind of crisis he will be facing.

Meanwhile, Lee Seung Gi stepped into the set with a big smile and greeted fellow actors and staff, instantly lightening up the mood with just his presence. About the first filming, the actor shared, “The director and other staff members prepared so well that we finished filming safely. I’m having such a great time with my fellow actors, including Lee Hee Joon, Park Joo Hyun and Kyung So Jin.”

He also added, “I, too, have high expectations on how Mouse will approach the viewers and what kind of filmography it will be on my career as an actor. I believe it will be an amazing project. So I hope you please look forward to it.”
