On its release, the music video not only exceeded 3 million simultaneous users but also recorded 101 million views within only 24 hours. It set a new record for “the most viewed in 24 hours” of YouTube videos.
“Dynamite” is a ‘healing’ disco-pop that conveys a message of hope during the tough times of the COVID-19 situation. With the said song, BTS reached the top of the U.S. Billboard HOT100 chart as of September 5th and rewrote the history as the first Korean singer to do so. It also ranked as the 35th on the recent chart as it continues to receive love for 6 continued months now.
