IU will be releasing her pre-released song for her 5th full album on Jan 27.
According to EDAM Entertainment, IU is currently preparing for her 5th full album and will pre-release one of the tracks on Jany 27.
IU, who won the grand prize in the digital music category of the 35th Golden Disc Awards on the 9th, shared, “I will be greeting you with a full-length album for the first time in a long time. It contains more stories of support than ever before, and I will play you my sincere songs so that it will become a vitality for those who are worn out. And one of these songs will be released sometime this month.”
IU is known to be focusing on the last-minute work of the new song, and EDAM Entertainment hinted it to be a “cheerful pop sound that IU is trying for the first time.”
Meanwhile, this new full-album will be IU’s first full-album in three years since her 4th full-album Palette released in 2017.
