A man in his 20s, who stalked singer Bae Da Hae and continued to post malicious comments, attended the police interview and admitted to all charges.

Iksan Police Station questioned A, who is suspected of insults, blackmailing and defamation against singer Bae Da Hae on November 13. According to the police, A admitted to all charges and apologized, saying he would never commit such an act ever again.

When asked about why he stalked Dae Da Hae, A reportedly replied, “Because I loved her so much.”

There are more than 200 malicious postings written by A on the internet, police said. And most of them are groundless rumors or absurd claims, such as “what were you doing with him at a motel?”

The police plan to conduct a further investigation and question A once more time. They stated, “A admitted to all charges, but we haven’t found the motive behind his stalking, so we will focus more on that.”

A is suspected of stalking Bae Da Hae in various concert halls in Seoul and other areas last year and posting malicious comments online. On November 11, Bae Da Hae heralded strong legal actions, saying, “After collecting evidence for stalkers and haters, I have filed the complaint.”
