Recently, Solar wrote a letter in a fan cafe. And some sensed something different in her post.

“Hello.
Finally, our new album came out yesterday.
I am always grateful to our MooMoos, but this album makes me feel more thankful and sorry.
I’ll repay MooMoos who love us so much in some way.
I know I still have a long way to go, but thank you for always loving me and staying with me.
I’ve been thinking about how to deliver my heart and chose to write this.
Thank you for laughing and crying with me and giving me strength for the past 7 years, which was both short and long.
I’ll do my best until the end of this promotion.
Thank you so much.”
After the post went viral online, some started to speculate the possibility of MAMAMOO’s disbandment. Actually, this is not the first time the group’s disbandment was brought up. Earlier this year, Solar and Moonbyul briefly mentioned it during their V LIVE.
However, some refuted the speculations saying, “This is the way Solar talks. Nothing’s new,” or “I’m sure she was just sentimental about making a comeback as a group.”
