While a staff from KBS’s new drama Hello? It’s Me! (literal title) has been tested positive for COVID-19, all of the people who were classified as “close contacts” were tested negative.
The production team told news1, “As soon as we realized the situation, we have halted all filming schedules, and all those who were classified as close contacts have been tested. And all of them received negative results today.”
Kim Young Kwang, who was tested as a person who had close contact with the staff, was also tested negative.
“We are currently conducting tests on the rest of the staff who had overlapping movements on the same day. The production schedule will be adjusted according to the health department’s guidelines,” the production team added.
Choi Kang Hee and Lee Re, who are also starring in Hello! It’s Me!, had no contact with a confirmed patient.
Earlier on October 26, a staff from Hello? It’s Me! was tested positive with COVID-19. The drama is scheduled to premiere in January next year, but the filming schedule has been put on alert with the recent incident.
