Voice of Silence, starring Yoo Jae Myung and Yoo Ah In, blasted into third day at No. 1 on the box office.
According to the Korean Film Council, Voice of Silence attracted 79,791 moviegoers on Oct. 17, ranking first in the daily box office. Voice of Silence was released on Oct. 15 and has been maintaining the top spot for three consecutive days with a cumulative audience of 153,168.
Voice of Silence is a crime drama film that tells the story of Tae In and Chang Bok, the cleaning crew of a criminal organization, getting caught up in an unexpected incident when a client dies after putting them in charge of the kidnapped child.
Ever since the release, the movie has been under the spotlight for two actors’ overwhelming presence and perfect chemistry, the ingenious Mise-en-Scène, and ironic stories.
