BLACKPINK Leads October’s Girl Group Brand Reputation Rankings

BLACKPINK is in the lead for this month’s girl group brand reputation rankings!

What do these rankings mean? The Korean Business Research Institute analyzes idol groups’ media coverage, consumer participation, online interaction, and more in a span of time. Points in different categories add up to a total, which represents a group’s “rank” for the month.

For October, BLACKPINK topped the ranking once again. Oh My Girl ranked #2 and MAMAMOO was #3.

These are the top 5 boy groups this month: BLACKPINK came in � at #1 with 11,211,456 points; Oh My Girl was #2 with 4,401,065 points for a 14.5% increase since last month; MAMAMOO reached #3 with 5,893,884 points, marking a 33.31% increase since September. (G)I-DLE ranked at #4 with 3,579,643 points for a 30.2% increase; and Girls’ Generation followed closely at #5 with 3,524,027 points, a whopping 54.68% increase.
