ARMY became furious about the subpar quality of the goods they recently bought.
Recently, many online communities and Twitter have been bombarded with posts complaining about the poor quality of the “BANG BANG CON” goods they received. Many of them were about the power bank, which cost around 30 USD. According to these posts, many of them came literally melted inside the box, scaring some fans to even open the box.
The rest of the posts were about the photo cards. They stated that despite ordering several packets of the cards, most of them were repeated and that some of the cards were even damaged or scratched.
After getting infuriated with the quality, fans left comments like “Guess Big Hit only see fans as their ATM,” “Wow, this is another level of subpar,” “You’re really calling yourself a top 4 company in the world, Big Hit?” or “Do you guys even know the word ‘quality control’?”
Meanwhile, “BANG BANG CON The Live,” which was held on June 14, attracted a total of 750,000 people from 107 regions around the world. It is estimated that the company earned more than 21.7 billion KRW (about 18,284,308 USD) in ticket sales.
