2PM’s Nichkhun has filed for a temporary restraining order against a woman who stalked him.
According to a media outlet, the Civil Affairs Agreement Department 51 at the Seoul Central District Court conducted the first questioning about Nichkhun’s request for a temporary restraining order against his stalker today (August 5). The court will make a decision after putting the positions of the two sides together.
Earlier on July 6, Nichkhun filed a temporary restraining order against the woman.
JYP Entertainment said in a telephone interview with news1, “We are considering legal actions against the woman, and there will be no mercy. Artist is under constant stress, and the degree (of her stalking) is serious.”
Earlier in January, JYP Entertainment said, “We are continuously updating the artist’s damage and adding it to the complaint data and are announcing that an investigation is underway not only in Korea but also abroad.“
