Singer and actor Park Yoo Chun is releasing a new album.
On July 31, Park Yoo Chun announced the release of a new album and his comeback as a singer through his official Instagram channel.
Back in 2019, Park Yoo Chun released his first full-length album Slow Dance, but had to halt all activities after he was found to have taken illegal drugs. Along with a poster for “Coming Soon in Thailand,” they wrote, “We are announcing you fans, who have been waiting a long time for Park Yoo Chun’s album, the good news. He is currently preparing for the release of his new album, and we’ll greet you soon with a good album.”
They also announced that Park Yoo Chun will hold a solo fan signing event and mini-concert in Thailand. He then introduced his own management company, “The Number Nine.” Considering that there are only English and Thia introduction, netizens are assuming that he will be only active in Thailand and other Asian countries for the time being.
After resuming his career, Park Yoo Chun has been at the center of controversy as an “issue-maker.” He held a paid fan meeting during his probation period, and the annual membership fee for his fan club, which is nearly two or three times higher than other fan clubs, drew public criticism. Recently, he held an online fan meeting and donated all of his profits to victims in Kyushu, Japan.
