BLACKPINK, who is continuing their record-breaking streak since their big comeback, has surpassed 200 million views in the shortest time in YouTube history.
YG Entertainment announced that the music video for BLACKPINK’s “How You Like That” surpassed 200 million views on YouTube at 6:46 p.m. on July 3 KST.
The music video was released at 6:00 p.m. on June 26 KST. It surpassed 100 million views in 32 hours, setting a new world record, and reached 200 million views in just seven days.
The previous record of surpassing 200 million views is known to have been held by the music video of Taylor Swift’s “Look What You Made Me Do,“ which was 7.6 days.
Previously, BLACKPINK had set the best record in the K-POP history for hitting 200 million views with “Kill This Love” MV in 11.7 days. But now, the group has made the new world record with their new song.
