Movie #ALIVE, starring Yoo Ah In and Park Shin Hye, has accumulated more than 500,000 viewers.
According to the Korean Film Council, #ALIVE topped the box office for three consecutive days by attracting 152,560 viewers on June 26.
Released on June 24, #ALIVE has accumulated more than 500,000 viewers in just three days. As of June 26, the accumulated number of viewers stood at 509,629 viewers.
#ALIVE is a survival thriller about those who are isolated in an apartment as data, Wi-Fi, text messages, and phones all cut off amid people with unknown symptoms begin to attack.
It topped the box office with 204,071 viewers on the first day of its release. This is also the highest opening record following this year’s top box office movie The Man Standing Next, which drew 252,058 viewers.
Movie Innocence ranked second with 23,324 viewers. The accumulated number of viewers is 638,222.
Innocence is about the struggles of a daughter, who is also a lawyer, to prove the innocence of her mother, who is accused of murder.
