Big Bang‘s Taeyang expressed his love for his wife, Min Hyo Rin.
On the morning of May 14, the trailer film of Big Bang Taeyang’s first documentary, WHITE NIGHT, was released.
The video drew attention as it showed not only the image of Taeyang as a member of K-POP group Big Bang, but also the “human” Taeyang. Especially, he showed his deep affection for his wife Min Hyo Rin, making headlines. After four years of dating, the two got married in 2018.
As for the reason he married her, he answered, “Because she’s the only one who keeps changing me and such changes make me a more refined and better person. (So) I thought that I would have to be with her.”
In addition, he also said, “It’s not that I want people to recognize who I really am. I think it’s better to look natural. In a way, that’s the goal I want to achieve.”
Taeyang’s documentary, WHITE NIGHT, will air a total of eight episodes. It will be available every Monday and Thursday at 7:00 p.m. KST for four weeks starting on May 18, the same day as Taeyang’s birthday. The documentary will be released on the official YouTube channel of Taeyang and Big Bang.
