Goo Hara’s brother held an interview to share about the issues regarding the succession of his late sister’s fortune.
It has been reported that Hara’s mother has stepped up to claim her portion of the fortune despite never having been involved in Hara’s life.
Hara’s brother shared, “She’s claiming that she is going to take half of the fortune, but if we win the case or if the other side gives up, I want to help the single moms, single dads, and people training to be celebrities.”
He continued to share, “Our biological mother abandoned us when we were little and gave up custody and appeared in our lives after 20 years using the law. She claimed that we should divide the fortune in half because that’s what the law says.”
Hara’s father also criticized their biological mother by saying, “She gave up her custody and didn’t care about them, and now she’s trying to suck the blood out of her children.”
Before ending the interview, Hara’s brother sent a message to his sister and said, “I’m so sorry I wasn’t able to help you. I will work hard for the both of us. I really miss you and I love you so much.”
