GOT7 released eye-catching contents just a few days ahead of their comeback with their new album DYE.
At midnight on April 15, JYP Entertainment, the group’s agency, released the first music video teaser on their official SNS channels, giving a glimpse into their new title song “NOT BY THE MOON.”
In the released video, objects that appeared on the teasing contents, including light bulbs, watches and masks, appeared, catching the eye. After each member was introduced, they were lastly seen putting on antique masks, raising the attention for the release of the official music video.
Then on April 16, the second music video teaser was released, drawing attention with the intense group dance. Also the lyrics, “O swear not by the moon,” adds to the mournful mood of the overall song.
Previously, GOT7 talked about their new title song as “a song that we’ve worked so hard.” They added that they tried to harmonize the groovy choreography and beautiful visuals.
“NOT BY THE MOON” is a romantic song that sings the eternal love that will not get wavered. Also the fact that producer Park Jin Young wrote, composed and arranged the song is raising the anticipation.
DYE is scheduled to be released at 6:00 p.m. on April 20 KST. GOT7 will meet with fans by holding a live broadcast “GOT7 LIVE PREMIERE” at 8:00 p.m. KST the same day through NAVER V Live.
