RM shared his thoughts as BTS wrapped up their activities for MAP OF THE SOUL: 7 through NAVER V LIVE on yesterday afternoon.

“It was very difficult and I felt powerless,” he said during his live broadcast. “We have really worked hard for a long time to prepare for this concert. I really wanted to show this to everyone.”

He continued, “Since the show ended early, I spent a lot of time at home alone. As I stayed at home for two weeks, there were times that I would suddenly get angry like a crazy person. But in reality, there was nothing much we could do no matter how upset we were.” He then added how upset he is that even after putting all the effort into preparing, trying to give back the love they received from fans, the concert has been canceled.

He also said, “However, it was somewhat soothing that we at least got to show some of it through broadcasts and media. I believe you will get good news if you wait.”

Previously, BTS canceled their “BTS Map of the Soul Tour-Seoul” concert, which was scheduled to run for a total of four days on April 11, 12, 18 and 19 at Jamsil Stadium in Seoul, to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
