Won Bin and Lee Na young have joined the ranks of so-called the “good building owners”, following other celebrities such as Seo Jang Hoon (the former professional basketball player who’s currently a TV personality) and another star couple Kim Tae Hee and Rain.
According to the exclusive report by DongA.com, this super couple recently decided to lower the rental fees for all tenants in their own buildings by 50 percent for two months of March and April. The report stated that they wanted to provide more support to those who have had difficulties in running businesses due to the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19).
Secretly doing good deeds through many charities for a long time, the couple is said to have drawn up the plan to retain the coexistence with their tenants even since February, which was the timing right before the huge outbreak of COVID-19 in Korea. Won Bin is now reviewing several scenarios to make a comeback, while Lee Na Young is also searching for her own next work since the end of tvN‘s weekend series Romance Is a Bonus Book last year.
