NCT fans have been voicing their concerns about the group’s treatment by their own staff, but they have also recently been coming to member Haechan‘s defense as one of their bodyguards were caught cursing at the idol.
The bodyguard shared an interaction he had had with Haechan on his Instagram story, in which he had sent a message to the idol, but received no response even though it had been marked as seen. Because he was irritated with Haechan’s failure to respond, he had shared the screenshot of the conversation to express his anger. However, fans were upset after seeing the shared interaction, due to the way he had referred to Haechan by calling him a “son of a b*tch”.

It was also found out and revealed later on that the bodyguard was not even part of NCT’s label, SM Entertainment, and instead, worked from an outside company. He had also leaked the group’s schedules on his Instagram account prior to this situation happening.
The bodyguard’s failure to be professional and his explicit choice of words, have caused fans to demand SM Entertainment to fire him and to put their focus more towards the protection of their artists.
