IZ*ONE‘s first full album BLOOM*IZ, which was released yesterday (Feb. 17, KST), has topped iTunes music charts as well as the charts of Korean streaming services.
As of 10 a.m. on Feb. 18 (KST), BLOOM*IZ ranked No. 1 on the iTunes’ Album charts in 15 regions such as Japan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Philippines, Portugal, Singapore, Sweden, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, Macao, Indonesia, Brunei, Belize and Latvia. It also entered Top 10 on the Album charts in the total 28 regions such as Norway, Saudi Arabia, UAE (United Arab Emirates), Nigeria, Ukraine, Poland, Mexico and Turkey.
IZ*ONE has made great results after the release of BLOOM*IZ in Korea, too. The album sold nearly 184,000 copies only on the release day. In addition, IZ*ONE simultaneously broke a new record of the initial album sales, selling more than 180,000 copies in just a day for the first time in history of all-time Korean girl groups. “FIESTA”, the lead single of BLOOM*IZ, sat on the first place or the highest class of the local major music streaming websites as of 8 a.m. on Feb. 18 (KST) while all the other singles on the same album entered the charts.
