The 6-member group (G)I-DLE took its crown for the “Girl Groups’ Brand Reputations” among the Top 30 Korean girl groups on February. As well as the rankings of the “Boy Groups’ Brand Reputations” (which was topped by BTS this month), it is a result included in the monthly Brand Reputation Report, studied by Korean Laboratory for Business Reputation.
Besides (G)I-DLE, the nine rest groups among the Top 10 were Red Velvet, LOONA, TWICE, BLACKPINK, MAMAMOO, Girls’ Generaion, EVERGLOW, Apink and ITZY in turn. It seems that (G)I-DLE especially draws the global fans’ attentions thanks to its latest hit songs, “Senorita” (the lead track of (G)I-DLE’s second mini album I made) and the digital single “Uh-Oh”, which were both released last year.
(G)I-DLE also tours worldwide for the first time, under the title “2020 (G)I-DLE WORLD TOUR ‘I-LAND’ – WHO AM I”, starting in Bangkok, Thailand, on April 4th. Congratulations to (G)I-DLE and wish them cheer up!
