K-POP rapper ZICO recently won No. 1 trophies at the biggest music shows of all the three Korean terrestrial broadcasters.
On Feb. 8th, ZICO took the crown thanks to his new single “Any Song” at MBC’s Music Core, achieving the sixth win throughout the Korean music shows in his solo career. He previously won the first prizes at the rest two music shows, one at SBS’s Inkigayo on Jan. 26th and the other at KBS’s Music Bank on Feb. 7th. It is very surprising that ZICO has hogged all these major trophies only through his popularity for “Any Song”, with no appearances on the music shows at all.
“Any Song” just recorded No. 1 on the charts of several major music streaming websites including Melon, Genie and Flo at 9:00AM this Sunday (on Feb. 9th, KST). Meanwhile, ZICO challenges to the triple crown this week, aiming No. 1 again at SBS’s Inkigayo on Feb. 9th.
