Suzy, Hwasa, and ATEEZ members Jongho and Hongjoong are joining forces with other artists for the upcoming KBS2 music variety show The Singer Called Me (working title).
According to insiders on the 10th, the stars recently flew out to Germany and Spain to film for the show, which will feature them busking across Europe. The Singer Called Me comes from the same team behind the popular music show Begin Again, and will follow the artists as they take to the streets, share their personal stories, and reflect on their identities as musicians.
In addition to the busking performances, the show will capture the stars’ day-to-day experiences in a laid-back, unscripted format, offering fans a glimpse into their off-stage lives.
The show will be split into two major segments: the “Munich, Germany” episodes and the “Mallorca, Spain” episodes, with a total of 12 episodes planned. Suzy, Sunwoo Junga, Sohyang, Jongho, Hongjoong, and Henry will take part in the Munich busking sessions, while Hwasa, Sohyang, Henry, and Ahn Shin Ae will be featured in the Mallorca episodes. The show will also include special collaborations with the Vienna Boys’ Choir and the Munich Opera Choir, adding even more excitement to the busking performances.
The Singer Called Me is set to premiere on November 2nd.
