In a promising turn for drama enthusiasts, Ryeoun is reportedly considering a role in the upcoming drama Namib (literal title) alongside veteran actress Go Hyun Jung.
According to Xportsnews, Ryeoun is positively considering a role in Namib, with Go Hyun Jung’s agency IOK Company confirming that she too is contemplating joining the cast.
Namib unfolds the narrative between a female entertainment agency CEO and a male trainee. Go Hyun Jung is poised to play Kang Su Hyun, who initially approaches the male trainee, Yoo Jin Woo, with ulterior motives but gradually becomes instrumental in helping him achieve his dreams.
Kang Su Hyun, a former co-CEO of an entertainment company who was dismissed due to a past mistake, is advised to take over long-term trainee Yoo Jin Woo as a form of severance. Initially intent on passing him onto another agency after training him to secure a future for her disabled child, Su Hyun’s motivations evolve as she genuinely starts to support Jin Woo’s aspirations.
Meanwhile, the drama is directed by Miss & Mrs. Cops helmer Jung Da Won and penned by Um Sung Min, the writer behind Default.
