This interview with Kim Woo Bin in Arena Homme Plus marks the first time in eight years. He shared his self-reflection on how he has changed, saying, “Eight years ago, I always lived in the future. I had a strong obsession with achieving something,” and “Now, as I try to live happily day by day, I’ve become a truly happy person.”
For this photoshoot, Kim Hyun Joong (his real name) was performing in the “Kim Woo Bin mode.” The actor said, “I’m actually very introverted and shy around strangers. As an actor, I can’t be shy in front of others forever. Although I can’t completely become a different person in ‘Kim Woo Bin mode,’ it does make it a bit easier for me to communicate.”
Kim Woo Bin, who has been an actor for over a decade, is now gearing up for the release of the Netflix original series Black Knight in May. When asked about what makes a good actor, he replied, “First of all, they must be good at acting. However, there’s no right answer in acting. So I think a good actor is someone who communicates well with the staff.”
