Han So Hee was taken to the emergency room after she fainted from overwork and injury.
On Jan 22, an official from the production team told Sports Chosun, “Han So Hee fainted from injuries and overwork while filming for Undercover. We stopped filming immediately, and she was rushed to the emergency room.”
The new Netflix drama Undercover is a revenge drama about a woman who joins an organized crime ring and infiltrates the police as an undercover agent in order to find out the truth about her father’s death. As Han Soo Hee has been cast as the heroine of the story, naturally, a lot has been put on her shoulder. It has been reported that she has been personally digesting most action scenes without a stunt double.
The official continued, “She was injured while filming the action scene and was taken to the hospital for her protection. It isn’t a serious situation. She was taken care of her injuries in the ER. There are no scheduled filming tomorrow (the 23rd), so she will be taking sufficient rest till tomorrow.”
Meanwhile, Undercover is the new Netflix drama directed by Extracurricular director Kim Jin Min. The drama will most likely be released in the second half of this year.
