THE BOYZ’s Eric apologized for not wearing a mask in a bowling alley.
Earlier, a video of Eric enjoying a bowling game without a mask was released on various online communities. The video was filmed in mid-November, when Eric reportedly met up with his high school friends. In mid-November, the government upgraded the social distancing level to 1.5, which requires people to wear masks indoors.
Today, Eric admitted his wrongdoing and officially apologized, saying, “I broke the social norms by taking off my mask at a public place. As everyone around the world is having a rough time, I should have worn a mask, but I’m sorry that I showed you my rash behavior.”
“I’m truly sorry for causing disappointment and concern over my unsavory action. I will reflect on my mistakes and make sure I never show these wrongs again,” he continued.
He then apologized again, “I will take this opportunity to promise that I will become more mature. I will reflect deeply enough and try to be more careful and show you only good things in the future. I’m sorry.”
The group’s label Cre.ker Entertainment also apologized for Eric’s no-mask controversy through the official fan cafe.
