Kim Soo Hyun continues to find himself in trouble. Aside from his dramatic press conference “proving his innocence” being met with cold shoulders, fans are pointing out seemingly more flaws they have found with the once beloved actor.
From his abuse of power to how aggressive and violent Kim Soo Hyun tended to be during his fan meetings, videos and stories have surfaced which highlighted these circumstances.

A YouTube video was released on March 21st that criticized the actor’s behavior as “harsh, violent and unnecessary,” as he can be seen hitting fans on the head and even aggressively slapping their hands during a hi-touch (an event where fans meet idols and exchange hi-fives). Netizens commented on the video saying, “Not only is this bizarre, it is very aggressive,” “How did this go unnoticed for so long,” and “Who knew he was so crazy and violent.”
Throughout the video, more instances of Kim Soo Hyun slapping fans multiple times on the wrist or raising his hands as if threatening to hit them could be seen. Various comments claim him to be a well-hidden sociopath and even highlight his appearances on previous shows like Infinite Challenge, where he was seen to have lost his temper on more than one occasion.
At one point, claims of Kim Soo Hyun demanding a badminton court be installed at a venue in Thailand were brought up but quickly dismissed by his agency. However, a staff member from that day released a video stating how much they wanted to curse Kim Soo Hyun for making them and other staff work tirelessly into the night to reorganize the venue without any sleep.
The fan meeting was scheduled for March 2014 at the Royal Paragon Hall in Bangkok. The day before the event, Kim Soo Hyun stated “I want to play badminton” and the agency said they would reserve a separate badminton court but Kim Soo Hyun insisted on playing badminton at the event venue saying, “That’s not a private space. Set it up here.” The agency eventually had to remove all the chairs from the venue and waited for Kim Soo Hyun to finish his workout before restoring the venue to its original state the next morning.
A Thai person who worked with the on-site staff at the time claimed, “Our office staff cleaned up the venue for Kim Soo Hyun,” and “We had to wait for Kim Soo Hyun and his party to finish playing badminton before we could continue setting up. We had to work until the morning and go to work the next day without any sleep.”

A video of Kim Soo Hyun playing badminton at the event was shared and the staff said, “The people pushing the cart in the video are our office workers. We are the real victims. We had to wait until Kim Soo Hyun finished playing badminton before we could work. I want to curse at him.”
