Min Hee Jin, former CEO and board director of ADOR, has officially announced her departure from HYBE.

In a statement released on November 20th, Min shared, “As of today, I am stepping down as a board director at ADOR. I am also terminating the shareholders’ agreement I had with HYBE and intend to hold the company legally accountable for violating the terms of our agreement.”

Min explained that she had spent the past seven months working to uphold the shareholders’ agreement, following a dispute triggered by HYBE’s illegal audit in April. However, she ultimately decided to leave due to what she described as HYBE’s lack of remorse and its attempt to spread false rumors.

“They accused me, a minority shareholder and CEO, of a so-called ‘hostile takeover of management’ and subjected me to a witch hunt, using ignorant and irrational tactics that are unthinkable for a major corporation,” Min stated. “After seven difficult months, it’s finally clear that my whistleblowing was based on solid evidence and was the right thing to do.”

She continued, “I want to express my sincere gratitude to everyone who has supported me during this absurdly tumultuous time. Your encouragement, especially from Bunnies, has been incredibly invaluable.”

Min concluded by asking fans to look forward to the new path she intends to carve out in K-pop. “No single act of malice should be allowed to tarnish the true essence of this industry,” she emphasized.
