Kim Ji Won‘s agency, High Zium Studio, is taking a firm stance against unfair ticketing practices for the actress’s upcoming fan meeting, “BE MY ONE.”
In a statement released on May 21st via social media, the agency revealed they’d identified suspicious activity during ticket sales.
“We’ve detected potential instances of ticket scalping and unfair reservation attempts,” the statement reads. “Tickets suspected of being obtained through these methods will be subject to verification. This may include requesting additional information from the purchaser.”
High Zium Studio went on to warn fans against using unofficial channels to buy tickets. “We strongly advise fans to avoid making personal transactions or visiting premium ticket resale sites,” they emphasized.
The agency stressed the importance of ensuring a fair and enjoyable experience for both Kim Ji Won and her fans. “We’re working closely with official ticketing platforms to continuously monitor for unfair practices,” they stated. “Fans are also encouraged to report any suspicious activity they encounter to our official email address.”
“BE MY ONE” marks Kim Ji Won’s first fan meeting in 14 years. Due to overwhelming demand, the has been expanded to two days, from June 22nd to 23td. Following the Korean leg, Kim Ji Won is scheduled to hold additional fan meetings in Osaka and Tokyo, Japan, in July.
