Song Hye Kyo is currently in positive discussions about joining the cast of writer Noh Hee Kyung’s latest drama. On April 1st, her agency, UAA, confirmed to MK Sports, “It’s true that we’ve received the synopsis from the production company. She’s now positively reviewing it.”

According to insiders, Noh Hee Kyung’s new work is said to be a period drama that realistically portrays the lives of people working in the broadcasting industry.

Previously, Song Hye Kyo has collaborated with Noh Hee Kyung on the KBS drama Worlds Within and the SBS drama That Winter, The Wind Blows. Should Song Hye Kyo decide to take part in this project, it would mark her third collaboration with Noh Hee Kyung, reuniting them for the first time in 11 years.

Meanwhile, Song Hye Kyo is currently filming the movie The Black Nuns (literal title). This film is a sequel to the 2015 hit The Priests, starring Kang Dong Won and Kim Yoon Seok, and tells the story of individuals striving to save a boy possessed by a powerful evil spirit.
