The actress acquired a two-story building in the Hongdae area in 2017, now priced at around 13 billion KRW ($9.9 million). Additionally, she owns another building in the Hannam neighborhood of Seoul’s Yongsan district, which netted her more than 2 billion KRW ($1.5 million) in profit upon sale.
Song Joong Ki and Katy Louis Saunders
Song Joong Ki‘s honeymoon residence is a 595㎡ house located in the Itaewon neighborhood of Seoul’s Yongsan district. Currently valued at 20 billion KRW ($15.2 million), Song Joong Ki purchased the property for 10 billion KRW ($7.6 million) in 2016. He reconstructed the house in 2020, and it now has three underground floors and two above-ground stories.
