BTS members RM, Jimin, V and Jungkook will be enlisting in the military in December.
On December 5th, Big Hit Music announced on Weverse that the four BTS members will enlist as active-duty soldiers for their mandatory military services. Their official statement stated, “RM and V will enlist according to their respective procedures, while Jimin and Jungkook are scheduled to enlist together. There will be no official events on the day of their entry into the recruit training center.”
The label also asked fans to refrain from visiting the entry ceremony to prevent safety accidents. They stated, “The entry into the recruit training center is a time where many soldiers and families gather. To prevent safety accidents, we sincerely request fans to refrain from visiting the site. Please send warm farewells and encouragement to RM, Jimin, V and Jungkook with your hearts only.”
