Netflix has confirmed the production of Karma (literal title) and unveiled its cast lineup, including Park Hae Soo, Shin Mina, Lee Hee Joon, Kim Sung Kyun, Lee Kwang Soo, and Gong Seung Yeon.
Karma is a crime thriller that portrays the story of characters entangled in an ill-fated relationship, one they cannot escape even if they want to.
Park Hae Soo plays a man who makes an irreversible deal after accidentally witnessing a mysterious accident. Although it looked like the deal had gone off without a hitch, he faces unexpected twists due to his conflicting desires.
Shin Min Ah stars as a doctor who lives with a trauma due to an incident she experienced as a child. One day, she comes face to face with a person she had never wanted to meet again.
Lee Hee Joon plays a character who invests in cryptocurrency by taking private loans, hoping for a lifetime fortune but ending up trapped in enormous debt with negative returns.
Kim Sung Kyun will transform into a character who becomes entangled in the chains of an ill-fated relationship when he takes on a high-stakes job offer after losing his job unfairly.
Lee Kwang Soo has been cast as a successful oriental medicine doctor who runs a private hospital in Gangnam and enjoys a life of abundance, with expensive cars and beautiful women. However, his successful life takes a dramatic turn due to a sudden accident.
Gong Seung Yeon will take on the role of the charming girlfriend of the successful oriental medicine doctor played by Lee Kwang Soo.
