The court has rejected the arrest warrant request for Yoo Ah In over drug use.

The Seoul Central District Court has denied the arrest warrant for Yoo Ah In and his friend, both facing allegations of habitual drug use. The decision was made on May 24th, around 11:30 PM. Yoo returned home around 11:40 PM after being informed of the warrant review at the detention center.

When reporters asked him about the allegations of attempting to destroy evidence, Yoo Ah In responded, “I will do everything in my power to actively participate in the upcoming legal processes.”

Regarding his drug use, he expressed regret, stating, “I regret for my actions,” and humbly remarked, “It is not within my authority to determine whether my actions were right or wrong. I hold a great deal of respect for the court, and I believe they have made just decisions.”
