SM Entertainment will hold auditions to find new members of NCT.
According to Herald Pop, SM will be hosting auditions to discover new NCT members and prepare for the launch of NCT Tokyo in earnest.
Any male born between 2001 and 2008 can apply, and anyone who passes the audition will receive free SM trainee training and have a chance to debut as an NCT member.

Previously, SM announced plans to launch new sub-units of NCT, such as NCT Tokyo, NCT Hollywood, and NCT Saudi Arabia. SM is expected to get ready for the official launch of SM Tokyo with this upcoming audition.
Meanwhile, NCT debuted in 2016. The group has stuck to its infinitely-expanding strategy, constantly adding new members to the group with 4 different sub-units (as of now), NCT U, NCT 127, NCT Dream, and WayV.
