JTBC’s Reborn Rich took the top spot for four consecutive weeks. Starting with Song Joong Ki, the lead actors including Lee Sung Min and Shin Hyun Bin took the majority of the spots on cast rankings, proving the drama’s popularity. Episode 11 recorded 21.1% ratings, ranking third in JTBC’s all-time ratings and becoming the most-watched show aired this year. The question of who’s behind Jin Do Jun and Jin Yang Chul’s accident became a new hot topic, and praises poured out for Lee Sung Min’s spirited performance. tvN’s Alchemy of Souls: Light and Shadow debuted at No. 2. It saw higher ratings than part 1, kicking off strong. Go Youn Jung, who replaced Jung So Min, received praise for her beautiful looks. SBS’s Cheer Up saw a drop in ratings after it canceled one episode before its finale, but it constantly recorded high popularity online. MBC’s The Forbidden Marriage started off at No. 4.
