Yoo In Na, Yoon Hyun Min, and Joo Sang Wook are coming together for a new rom-com Bora! Deborah! (literal title).
Bora! Deborah! depicts a thrilling romance of dating coach Deborah (Yoo In Na) and Lee Soo Hyuk (Yoon Hyun Min), a chic man who has difficulty falling in love. The show comes from Hello, My Twenties series and Mad for Each Other director Lee Tae Gon and Mad for Each Other writer Yakyung.
Yoo In Na turns into Deborah, the best dating coach there is. Witty and candid, Deborah is a dating coach, an influencer, and a best-selling author of a dating coach book. She’s serious about all things romance, but she never sees what’s coming in her own relationship. “I’m excited and happy,” the actress shared. “I hope many people will laugh, cry, and sympathize with the story.”
Yoon Hyun Min plays Lee Soo Hyuk, an editor at a publishing house. This man, who’s blunt but passionate, chic but affectionate, has a hard time falling in love. He considers Deborah, a dating coach who speaks as if she’s mastered romance, unreliable, but he goes through a change after unexpectedly getting involved with her. “I’m grateful to be able to greet viewers after a long time with a good project,” Yoon Hyun Min said. “It is an honor to play this great script with great actors and the director. I’ll do my best.”
Joo Sang Wook steps into the role of Han Sang Jin, Lee Soo Hyuk’s best friend and business partner. With his great sense and manner, he enjoys a freewheeling life rather than a serious relationship, but he is not an easy man. “It’s been a while since I met viewers in a drama set in modern times. I’m having fun filming this drama with the best director, actors, and staff, so please look forward to it.”
Meanwhile, Bora! Deborah! will premiere in the first half of next year.
