Lee Seung Gi and Kim Yun Seok Confirmed for ‘Steel Rain’ Director’s New Movie

Will Lee Seung Gi and Kim Yun Seok work together in the upcoming movie?

According to News1, Lee Seung Gi and Kim Yun Seok were cast in the movie Large Family (literal title). This new movie comes from The Attorney and the Steel Rain series director Yang Woo Suk.

Large Family is a comedy-drama film about a family. The story begins after an elite medical student (played by Lee Seung Gi) becomes a Buddhist abbot after leaving behind his father.

Lee Seung Gi will be making his long-awaited comeback to the big screen with Large Family. The singer-actor has been mostly focusing on variety shows and drama, including the recently-ended series The Law Cafe. The last movie he starred in was the 2018 movie The Princess and the Matchmaker. His co-star Kim Yun Seok is one of the A-list actors in Korea, and his filmography includes The Thieves, The Priests, and Escape from Mogadishu.
