Jin Sun Kyu, Jeon Jong Seo, and Chang Ryul get into a dangerous deal that risks their lives in the upcoming drama Bargain.
The new TVING original series Bargain tells the bloody struggle of three people as they start a dangerous deal to seize the last chance after getting trapped in a building that collapsed in an earthquake. It’s based on the short film of the same name by Director Lee Chung Hyeon that gained attention in major film festivals. The drama version will tell an expanded story by combining the original storytelling with a new worldview, completing complete chaos in the place disconnected from the outside world.
On the 5th, TVING dropped a second trailer. The video starts by showing Noh Hyung Soo (Jin Sun Kyu) tied to a standing bed and getting priced for his body parts. The sight of Park Joo Young (Jeon Jong Seo) hosting the auction like it’s just another day at the office and a crazy-eyed participant Go Guk Ryeol (Chang Ryul) gives a creepy vibe. However, things quickly escalate when the place turns into a survival game with everyone’s desire wriggling.
In particular, the copy “In the world where everything collapsed, there is no order and no conscience” gives a glimpse into the madness to unfold, heralding extreme suspense. The three people clash fiercely over “to survive, die, or get sold” – who will be the winner in this deal of crazy people?
Meanwhile, Bargain was officially invited to the “On Screen” section of the 27th Busan International Film Festival. The show will be released on TVING on the 28th.
