Remember released new stills of Nam Joo Hyuk.
The story of the upcoming movie is set in Korea where a retired octogenarian soldier with dementia goes in search of vengeance against pro-Japanese collaborators, whom he believes were responsible for the deaths of his family during the occupation. However, a young innocent man named In Kyu becomes unintentionally involved in his revenge journey.
Nam Joo Hyuk will play In Kyu, a young man who works with Pil Joo (played by Lee Sung Min) at a family restaurant. One day, he unintentionally gets involved in Pill Joo’s revenge plan as he accepts to drive for him for a week. However, he soon becomes a murder suspect after being captured in CCTV footage at the crime scene.
In Kyu feels confused as he runs into all sorts of crimes wherever he takes his elderly friend to. Nam Joo Hyuk is expected to portray his character’s versatile emotions as he gets to closely observes Pil Joo’s revenge.
The actor shared, “I fell in love with the character as it was my first time taking on such a role. I loved the idea of portraying different emotions while experiencing the incidents he got involved against his will.”
Remember will hit theaters on October 26th.
