The nine members of NCT 127 sat down for a press conference to discuss their latest and fourth full-length album 2 Baddies.

Their new title track, “2 Baddies,” is a confidence anthem and hip-hop number about racing toward one’s goal at full speed without caring too much about what others think.

Taeyoung, the boy band’s leader, said, “I can say that ‘2 Baddies’ is practically NCT 127 itself. As you can tell from the music video, it strikes a good balance between our team’s ‘neo’ concept and the members’ playful vibes. It’s a great title song for us to deliver such a feel through our performances.”

Doyoung also said, “The new lead track is a song with a very strong base. It’ll be a great song to listen to after “Faster.” I think it’s the best song to listen to while driving. But I hope you don’t speed up while listening to it.”

NCT’s label SM Entertainment is currently considering terminating its production contract with Lee Soo Man. Regarding the matter, Taeyong said, “I started working with Lee Soo Man from the very beginning of my career. I cannot imagine SM Entertainment without him.” He added, “I hope “2 Baddies” is not his last production at the label because he really took great care of us.”
